I’m keeping this short because I know your inbox is currently getting hammered by “Season’s Greetings” emails from software companies you haven’t logged into since 2022.
I just wanted to say a genuine thank you.
We all know small business in Brisbane is a tough gig. It’s hard work, the margins are often tight, and handing over your hard-earned cash to a marketing agency is a massive leap of faith. It’s often murky working out what’s working and what isn’t, and I don’t take it lightly that you chose to trust us with your brand this year.
2025 was a wild one. The tech moved fast, the algorithms changed (again), and we all had to pivot more times than I care to count. But the best work we did this year didn’t come from the fancy tools; it came from the partnerships. It came from the clients who were willing to have the honest conversations, trust the process, and focus on building real relationships rather than just chasing vanity metrics.
Whether you’ve been with us for five years or you just signed on last month—cheers. Thanks for backing us, thanks for the banter, and thanks for paying the invoices.
For now, do yourself a favour. Close the laptop. Turn off the notifications. The emails will still be there in January, but the chance to actually switch off and have a beer with your family won’t be.
We’ll be back on deck in the new year to do it all again. Until then, have a good one.
