Overall Fitness Training (OFTAU)
The Bottleneck
Louis (Founder) had a revolutionary service: ‘Fitness at your doorstep.’ But the market was conditioned to believe you need a gym membership to get fit.
He didn’t just need to sell training sessions; he needed to sell a lifestyle change.
Static images of dumbbells weren’t cutting it. He needed ‘High-Octane’ proof that showed the intensity, convenience, and results of mobile training in seconds.
The Protocol
We replaced “Gym Selfies” with cinematic storytelling.
The Visual Hook: High-octane, cinema-grade reels to stop the scroll.
The ‘Anywhere’ Narrative: Filming in local parks and homes to prove convenience.
The Engagement Loop: Leveraging local landmarks to trigger organic shares.
The Visual Hook
Social media is a scroll war. You have 3 seconds to win.
We ditched the ‘posed’ fitness photos and shot raw, cinematic action reels. By capturing the sweat and intensity in high-definition, we stopped the scroll and forced users to pay attention.
The 'Anywhere' Narrative
The biggest objection to mobile training is: ‘Can I really get a good workout at home?’
We used video to answer that question visually. By filming in tight backyards, local parks, and living rooms, we proved that OFTAU turns any environment into a pro-level gym
The Engagement Loop
Views are good; community is better.
The content was designed to be shared. By highlighting local landmarks (Oxley, Brisbane parks), we triggered the ‘Hey, I know that place!’ effect, driving massive organic sharing among locals.
In the fitness industry, energy is currency. By translating OFTAU's intensity into a cinematic video strategy
The collaboration was more than just views, we built a local brand that felt 'larger than life,' positioning Louis as the premier mobile trainer in Brisbane.
