How we built a ‘Digital Clinic’ that fills appointment books automatically.
The Commercial Bottleneck
If you’re a regular at Augustine Height’s World Gym, you’d know that Aresenio ‘Butch’ Redoblado is a highly respected physiotherapist based in Springfield, but his digital presence wasn’t matching his clinical expertise.
The clinic was relying heavily on local foot traffic and word-of-mouth.
When patients did find the site on their phones, they hit a wall. The booking friction was too high, causing mobile drop-offs before a patient could secure an appointment.
That, and Butch wanted to transition beyond basic clinic visits by offering a comprehensive gym-based rehab programs, which required a digital knowledge hub capable of hosting heavy video content without crashing the site’s load speed.

Trust is the currency of healthcare. To showcase Butch’s specific expertise, we engineered a video knowledge hub that categorises recovery exercises without overwhelming the user interface.
Medical sites require secure data handling and flawless third-party integrations. We executed a secure medical web design architecture that natively hooked the site directly into his clinical practice management software.
To support this education engine, we heavily optimised the server-side delivery of the rehab video library. By utilising asynchronous loading, we ensured these heavy media assets never bottlenecked the primary booking pages. This is not just content.
